FINANCING We provide in-house finance plans. We will work with families to find a payment plan within your budget. The TEFA Tuition plan is based on the basic allotment. Families with an award more than this may have a credit balance of TEFA funds that can be applied towards some of the fees.
TUITION PAYMENT PLAN Tuition balances can be financed 10 to 12 months at zero % interest
TEFA TUITION PAYMENT PLAN Tuition & Fees are paid in 3 Payments = 25% July 1, 50% Oct 1, and 25% Apr 1 No down PMT is required due to TEFA funding financed with 3 scheduled payments
Application, Placement Testing and Enrollment Fees are due and are not eligible for re-reimbursement and are non-refundable.

APPLICATION PROCESS
We can get TEFA families processed by July 30th! The sooner we start, the better...
Step 1 INQUIRY
Submit the Online Inquiry Form to Schedule the Inquiry & Campus Tour Appointment!
1 Hour Appointment. Times available are M-F, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
Please bring the following to the Inquiry Appointment:
- School Records, incuding report card, behavior notes, ARD Meeting Report and IEP
- Full Individual Evaluation or Independent Diagnostic Report
Step 2 APPLY
$250 Application and Testing Fee paid by Check or Credit Card
- All Application Forms completed and signed
- Copies of all Academic Records; Report Cards, Behavior Notes, Intervention Reports
- Diagnostic Testing Records; IEP, FIIE and ADR Meeting Reports
STEP 3 APPLICATION FINAL REVIEW
We will review all the records and reports for final application apporval for enrollment.
STEP 5 REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT PROCESS
The registration will include signing the contract, financial agreement and completing the other campus release forms. All Fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
- REGISTRATION FEE $175 Due upon Enrollment
- DOWN PAYMENT $1000 Down payment required for General Enrollment finance plans
No down PMT required for TEFA, ANNUAL or SEMESTER Plans
ANNUAL ENROLLMENT FEES $2000 General Enrollment: With a down payment financing is available for these fees.
TEFA Enrolment: TEFA funds can be utilized to pay for the Annual Enrollment Fees.
Fees encompass the costs per student for classroom supplies, technology, facility (safety, lunchroom supplies, etc), and uniforms per student, Science Labs at the Science Spectrum and consumable curriculum.
Other optional individual fees for yearbook, sports, fieldtrips, athletic workout clothing, etc. will be required to be paid seperately throughout the school year. Optional services are not covered by TEFA and are the responsibility of the parent.
