FINANCING                                                                                                                            We provide in-house finance plans. We will work with families to find a payment plan within your budget. The TEFA Tuition plan is based on the basic allotment. Families with an award more than this may have a credit balance of TEFA funds that can be applied towards some of the fees.

Step 1   INQUIRY

Submit the Online Inquiry Form to Schedule the Inquiry & Campus Tour Appointment!

1 Hour Appointment.  Times available are M-F, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM.  

Please bring the following to the Inquiry Appointment:

• School Records, incuding report card, behavior notes, ARD Meeting Report and IEP
• Full Individual Evaluation or Independent Diagnostic Report

Step 2  APPLY

$250 Application and Testing Fee paid by Check or Credit Card (minimum testing fee $100 up to $600)

• All Application Forms completed and signed 
• Copies of all Academic Records; Report Cards, Behavior Notes, Intervention Reports
• Diagnostic Testing Records; IEP, FIIE and ADR Meeting Reports
• Placement Testing Results are due in our office prior to the 3-Day Class Shadowing
  • Review of all Academic, Behavior & Diagnostic Records, Student 3 Day Class Shadowing or Teacher Interview (summertime), Contracting and Financial Process  
  • Application process includes Parent Interview, Student Interview, Cognitive and Academic Ability Testing,    Review of all Academic, Behavior & Diagnostic Records, Student 3 Day Class Shadowing and review of the Teacher Observation Reports. For summer applicants there will be a Teacher Interview and Mock Class for the student to attend.

STEP 3   SHADOWING 2-DAY VISIT           

Schedule your child’s 2 Day Shadowing on Campus. Where they will experience Sharp Academy! Visiting students will need to dress in a plain colored polo shirt (red or black) and khaki or black pants.  Tennis shoes or close toed shoes (no crocs or slides allowed).  No cell phones are allowed on campus.  Students bring a closed water bottle, a sack lunch, and we have microwaves available.

STEP 4 APPLICATION FINAL REVIEW

We will meet with the parents following the 3-day visit and discuss the results of all placement testing, school records, and teacher observation reports for application apporval for enrollment.

STEP 5 REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Once the application is approved the registration will include signing the contract, financial agreement and completing the other campus release forms. All Fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

Fees encompass the costs per student for classroom supplies, technology, facility (safety, lunchroom supplies, etc), and uniforms per student,                                                                                  
Science Labs at the Science Spectrum and consumable curriculum. Other optional individual fees for yearbook, sports, fieldtrips, athletic workout clothing, etc. will be required to be paid seperately throughout the school year. Optional services are not covered by TEFA and are the responsibility of the parent.
