APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1   Informal Inquiry to make an appointment NOW CALL 806-747-4277                

An appointment is made for an informal interview by calling or emailing our office. Parents & student meet with the school administrator, tour the campus, and meet some of our dedicated educators.  This meeting usually takes one hour.                                                           

Parents supply copies of your child's current diagnostic & educational testing, student transcripts and records from current school, and immunization records.

It is important for the student to be a part of this process.

STEP 2   Application Process                            

Once approved for Application parents will complete the Application Packet and pay the $250 Application Fee.  Placement Testing may be required, depending on existing records. (min. $100 up to $600).

STEP 3    Schedule Student Placement Testing  (if required)           

Testing needed will be determined by existing school records. If there is adequate data to create a learning plan no additional testing will be needed. If testing is needed we will schedule and score prior to approve enrollment. 

STEP 4     Student Application Review                 

The full application packet will be reviewed to approve your child and begin enrollment.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

1. Sign the Sharp Academy contract and release forms
2. Receive Sharp’s supply list
3. Pay Annual Campus Fees and the required down payment of $1000 for tuition financing. If selecting a semester or full tuition plan, payment is due at this time.
4. TEFA funding does not require a down payment.
5. Review tuition payment schedule for tuition balances after TEFA is awarded.
6. Establish mandatory auto-draft tuition installments

Since class sizes are strictly limited, students may be accepted but

placed on a waiting list. Placement information will be kept active for twelve months. 

We allow rolling enrollment through the school year and prorate tuition accordingly.
