APPLICATION PROCESS

We have very limited space available for the Fall of 25-26!

Once these seats are filled the grade level will be on a waiting list or can apply for the Fall of 26-27 School Year!

We are taking applications for 25-26 school year for all grades.

K-4th Grade - Waiting List Only

Students must submit an application and complete the full process to be on the waiting list. 

Once there are 4 students a new class will be opened up on campus. 

5th Grade - 3 seats

6th Grade - 2 seats

7th Grade - 3 seats

8th Grade - 3 seats

9th Grade - 3 seats

10th Grade - 3 seats

11th Grade - 3 seats

12th Grade - 1 seat

 

STEP 1   Informal Inquiry to make an appointment NOW CALL 806-747-4277                      

An appointment is made for an informal interview by calling or emailing our office. Parents & student meet with the school administrator, tour the campus, and meet some of our dedicated educators.  This meeting usually takes one hour.                                                           

Parents supply copies of your child's current diagnostic & educational testing, student transcripts and records from current school, and immunization records.

It is important for the student to be a part of this process.

STEP 2   Application Process                            

Complete Sharp Academy Application & Release Forms and submit with check for the $750 Application & Testing Fee. Testing will be scheduled and scored prior to scheduling the 3 Day Classroom Visit. 

Students applying prior to the 1st day of school will be accepted on a probationary period for the first 2 weeks, with an exit clause in the contract.

STEP 3    Schedule Student 3 Day Visit              

Student will be observed in the classroom for academic aptitude, behavior and social interactions with students and teachers. During this time the student will complete academic abilities assessment.        

STEP 4     Student Application Review                 

Parents will meet with the application review team to discuss results from the Testing., and the 3 Day Visit.  Once your child is approved, enrollment can be completed. Most students usually begin classes on the 4th day.

 

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Upon application approval the parents can proceed with the enrollment process.

1. Sign the Sharp Academy contract and release forms
2. Receive Sharp’s supply list
3. Pay Annual Campus Fees and the required down payment of $1000 for tuition financing. If selecting a semester or full tuition plan, payment is due at this time.
4. Review tuition payment schedule
5. Establish mandatory auto-draft tuition installments

Since class sizes are strictly limited, students may be accepted but placed on a waiting list. Placement information will be kept active for twelve months.
